Risk Information
Assistyv cannot be held liable for damages resulting from a dropped object. Improper installation may damage the wheelchair or cause injury. Assistyv is not responsible for the proper installation of the system; please ensure the device is installed by a competent person. Some parts may loosen over time; it is therefore essential to inspect the product regularly to reduce the risk of damage. You acknowledge that you have read and understood these risks and accept them.
30-Day Return Policy
Assistyv accepts returns within 30 days, provided the product is in its original condition and has not been installed. Products damaged during installation or use will not be accepted. Before returning a product, please contact sales@assistyv.com to obtain a return authorization number.
Limited Warranty - 1 Year
Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers manufacturing and assembly defects affecting the product's functionality under normal conditions of use.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from misuse, accident, unauthorized modifications, exposure to extreme environmental conditions, or improper installation.
Assistyv warrants this product against manufacturing or assembly defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. In the event of a proven defect, the product will be repaired or replaced with an identical model or an equivalent product, at our discretion, if the identical model is no longer available.
Waiver of All Claims
By accepting this product, you release and discharge Assistyv, along with its representatives, employees, and agents, from any liability for claims, demands, actions, or damages arising from the possession or use of this product. Assistyv shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use this product, even if Assistyv has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Non-Transferability
These terms and conditions are personal and may not be transferred to a third party without Assistyv's prior written consent.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to this product, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, remain the exclusive property of Assistyv. You agree not to reproduce, disclose, or otherwise use any information or technology contained in this product without Assistyv's prior written consent.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in effect in the country/region where Assistyv is located.
